Fourteen years ago today we lost a lyrical poet, a voice of the hood, mistakenly labeled a gangster rapper. Tupac Amaru Shakur wrote and spoke to the heart of a generation yearning to be heard. Over a decade after his death, he is still a mass favorite and deemed one of the best. His revolutionary message will forever live on through the Hip-Hop culture.June 17th, 1971- September 13th, 1996
